I went and cut up the paintings, after which I had enough Persuasion for the next Therese encounter to use the option of giving her the trinker and short-fusing her anger.Īll that, and I STILL don't get the Persuasion options in the "sisterly argument". I did the Hotel quest, used Seduction to please Jeanette while not giving her the brooch. I did all the Seduction options with Jeanette and sided with Therese when talking to her, except for ONE line, to which she responded that Jeanette is rotten to the bone "under the short skirt and half-shirt". I'm a Malkavian right now, and I have a Persuasion of 4 and a Seduction of 4. Now, I distinctly remember I managed to end the "family feud" the last time I played the game, but it was years ago, so I have no idea what options I chose. It's been a looong time since I had played the game and was very enthusiastic to start a new playthrough.
